Looking for a subsequent tenant for my beautiful 2-room apartment directly at Marienplatz. Since it is an old building, the apartment has a great ceiling height.

The apartment is available from October 1. The layout makes the apartment perfect for a single person or a couple.

The apartment is located directly at the Marienplatz. Stores for daily needs (Rewe/Netto/dm) are there of course, as well as a gym, yoga studio, etc.
