Ich biete hier mein WG-Zimmer für zwei Monate zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich ab dem 1.6 ausziehe.
Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof, sodass es sehr ruhig ist.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit verdunkelnden Vorhängen, einem Bett (1,40 cm) und einem Kleiderschrank. Meinen Schreibtisch + Couch muss ich leider direkt mitnehmen.
Ansonsten gibt es in der WG alles, was du brauchst, um dich wohlzufühlen. Ein Bad inkl. Badewanne sowie eine Küche, die wir Anfang des Jahres komplett neu gemacht haben.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Kempener Str./ Neusser Straße und bietet in der Umgebung alles, was man benötigt.
Die U-Bahn Station Lohsestr. ist ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sodass man überall schnell hinkommt.
Du wohnst mit Chris (33) und Felix (31) zusammen.
Chris arbeitet hauptsächlich im HomeOffice für eine Versicherung, hat einen Hang zur Nostalgie und sammelt alte Fahrrädern und macht sie wieder fit.
Felix ist Sozialarbeiter und unterstützt Jugendliche, die mal falsch abgebogen sind und macht in seiner Freizeit gerne Musik.
In unserer WG haben wir ein entspanntest Miteinander, in dem jeder seinen eigenen Hobbys nachgeht und wir ab und zu gemeinsam in der Küche kochen und quatschen.
