Dein Zimmer ist 15,59m² groß und besticht durch einen optimalen quadratischen Schnitt. Durch hohe Fenster und den Eichen-Parkettboden ist es sehr hell und freundlich. Deckenhöhe 2,40m
Zu Fuß bist du in 2min an der Tram oder in 15min in der Innenstadt von Ulm. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du dafür 5min. Fahrradstellplätze im Keller sind in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden.
Die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Auto ist ebenfalls super. Einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz hat die Wohnung ebenfalls.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner ist gerne aktiv, gesellig und verbringt Zeit mit anderen Menschen. Sei es beim Sport (Joggen, Fahrradfahren, Wandern, Skifahren) oder bei Wochenendausflügen in die umliegenden Alb-/Alpenregionen.
Gemeinsame WG Abende sind willkommen.
