My name is Zoraida. I am subletting my room for about 3-6 months, but we can discuss that in order to our preference. The room is going to be free from 01.09.24
This room is relatively big, comfortable and fully furnished by the landlord.
You would share the apartment with 8 people from different nationalities. mostly of them are students. We love to do things together so it´s a really friendly flat.

The flat is located near the city center , rewe, Aldi, basically, everything you need will be located within 5 minutes on foot.
The Tram station is really close , for the U-bahn you will have to walk 7 minutes and it takes about 8-10 minutes to the S-bahn station , and the Central station as well as the city center are 10 -15 minutes away on foot
It is a 9-peeps-flat, which is nice, you will never get bored here we usualy hang out alot and tend to go out on weekendes but ist also always a place for privacy and relaxing . we play a lot of board and card games or have movie nights or just do stuff togehter .There is a tight international community, we do have good contact with all the other people who used to live here so we have friends all over Germany and the World in general.

Overall this place is cool, we all are relaxed and welcoming everyone. Interviews are preferred in person, but a zoom meeting is also arrangeable.
