Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 11,4 m² groß und kostet 364 € warm. Durch zwei große Fenster hast du einen guten Blick auf unseren Garten und die Düne Tannenbusch. Das Zimmer liegt direkt an unserer Wohnküche, die vollständig ausgestattet ist (inkl. Spülmaschine).
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Wohnung: mit zwei Bädern, Terasse, Gästezimmer, Wintergarten und immerwarmen Keller. Die Waschmaschine und die Toilettenspülung funktionieren mit Regenwasser.
Wir vermieten das Zimmer möbliert: Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch warten auf dich. Wenn du eigene Möbel hast, ist das kein Problem. Wir haben viel Platz im Keller.

Your future room is 11.4 m² and costs 364 € including all bills. Two large windows give you a good view of our garden and the Tannenbusch dune. The room is directly adjacent to our fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher).
We have a very nice flat: with two bathrooms, a terrace, a guest room, a winter garden and an always warm cellar. The washing machine and the toilet flush work with rainwater.
We rent the room furnished: Bed, wardrobe and desk are waiting for you. If you have your own furniture, that's no problem. We have plenty of space in the basement.
Wir wohnen auf dem Gelände der Bonner Apostelgemeinde im Süden Tannenbuschs an der Grenze zur Nordstadt. Die Stadtbahnstationen Brühler Str und Tannenbusch Süd sind ruckzuck erreichbar. Es gibt einen sehr nahen nahkauf sowie Penny, Aldi und DM in nächster Nähe. Das Naturschutzgebiet Düne Tannenbusch direkt vor unserer Haustür lädt zum Spazieren ein. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in neun Minuten erreichbar.

We live on the grounds of the Bonn Apostle Parish in the South of Tannenbusch on the border to Nordstadt. The tram stations Brühler Str and Tannenbusch Süd are within easy reach. There is a nearby nahkauf as well as Penny, Aldi and DM in the immediate vicinity. The Düne Tannenbusch nature reserve right on our doorstep invites you to go for a walk. The city centre can be reached by bike in nine minutes.
Deine Mitbewohner:innen sind Vera (24), Simon (23), Flo (22) und Gereon (23). Vera schreibt ihre Masterarbeit in Psychologie, spielt gerne Spikeball und erkundet gerade die Parteipolitik. Simon promoviert in VWL, ist Experte für Fahrradanhängerlogistik und Reiskocherenthusiast. Flo radelt auch im Nasskaltdunklen den Venusberg zu seinem Medizinstudium hoch und besitzt ein Second-Hand-Rudergerät. Geron kommt gerade von mehreren Auslandsaufenthalten nahe dem Polarkreis zurück und begeistert sich für VWL und Geographie.
Nach langer Suche haben wir unsere WG diesen Mai gegründet. Wir sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG, kaufen unser Essen gemeinsam ein und haben einen wöchentlichen WG-Abend im Terminkalender. Mit unserem Beamer und unserer Leinwand schauen wir manchmal Princess Charming oder Seven vs. Wild und spielen Carcassonne. Wir sitzen gerne abends noch lange in der Küche und quatschen, generell ist die Stimmung ganz herzlich. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du auch Lust auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten und eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre hättest.

Your flatmates are Vera (24), Simon (23), Flo (22) and Gereon (23). Vera is writing her master's thesis in psychology, likes to play spikeball and is currently exploring politics. Simon is doing his doctorate in economics, is an expert in bicycle trailer logistics and a rice cooker enthusiast. Flo cycles up the Venusberg to his medical studies even when it’s wet, cold and dark and owns a second-hand rowing machine. Geron has just returned from several stays abroad near the Arctic Circle and is enthusiastic about economics and geography.
After a long search, we founded our shared flat this May. We don’t just live together because we have too. We buy our food together and have a weekly flat-share evening. With our beamer and screen, we sometimes watch Princess Charming or Seven vs. Wild and play Carcassonne. We like to sit in the kitchen in the evenings and chat, and the atmosphere is generally very friendly. We would be happy if you would also like to do activities together and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.
