Fully furnished, spacious and clean 20sqm room on offer for long term rent. We are looking for a kind, neat, friendly, open minded and fun person to join our amazing flat share. (3 month initial contract with possibility to extend.)
The apartment is a beautiful, stylish 100sqm flat with high ceilings (but does not feel cold) on the ground floor, consisting of 3 bedrooms, a large live-in modern kitchen (with full amenities and dining and entertaining possibilities), a spacious bathroom (with both a separate bathtub for relaxing and clean modern shower). There is also a private basement (entry from Kitchen) which can be used as a work/creative area. The flat also comes with an additional external basement storage space.
The room currently on offer is the front room of the household. It comes furnished with a double bed (with clothing storage underneath in drawers), a small sofa (that is a sofa bed), coffee table & side table, curtains, and a wardrobe and drawer for clothes. Suggest that you arrive with your own sheets and other soft furnishings/furniture to make it your home :).
We love where we live! We are located in a quiet residential street, but very close to public transport and other amenities in the area. Effectively we are 2 min away from the S-Bahn/Ring-Bahn and Tram Stop "Prenzlauer Allee", just off the street Prenzlauer Allee. There are direct tram connections into Mitte (takes ca. 8 mins) from Prenzlauer Allee (just around the corner).
Just on the corner of our street we have a corner-market that is open 24/7, and further round the corner we have BIO COMPANY, Penny, Lidl & Kaisers within a 2min walk. Although a stones throw away from local amenities, the street where our apartment is located is residential and feels very peaceful. A short 5 walk will take you to Stargrader where there are many restaurants, boutiques and other shops. Within 10mins walk you will find yourself at the famous Helmholzplatz, where more quaint shops, restaurants and bars line the public garden square. Kolwitzplatz is also in walking distance where cafe, dining, shopping and entertainment possibilities are plenty. Weekend markets in the neighborhood available.
Ernst Thalman park (also with a public swimming pool) is on Prenzlauer Allee, a 2 minute walk away.

We take pride in our lovely flat. It's over 100sqm in total. We each have a spacious bedroom to ourselves. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dining/entertaining possibilities. There is a common basement area that we use for chill out/playtime/TV/music space which you can access from the kitchen. Furthermore we have a modern, clean and open bathroom.

There are two very friendly, lively, fun and clean housemates who respect each other and their privacy, and from time to time will cook for each other and hang out together too. It's a wonderful and harmonious atmosphere. We look for a roommate who is chilled, easy to get along with, respectful, sociable, considerate and outgoing. We like to keep the flat neat and tidy with everyone responsible after their own belongings and the cleaning of common area is shared. We are both international professionals, (Jasmin is from the UK and is working in Corporate, and Renee is from The Netherlands working in Hospitality) who are down to earth souls and treasure good vibes within the household.
