Fully furnished room in the middle of Kreuzberg. You have a desk and a chair, a bunk bed but if you don´t like it, it is no problem to make a regular bed of it.
You have a wardrobe for your cloth and a big mirror.
with the U Bahn and busses.
Also lovely to have a run at the riverside and many green areas are here just one step far away—the place with the two sides.
The street is sometimes at the weekends a little loud but it is OK.
We are a mixed flat share. One is a permanent tenant who works every day. Two rooms are for medium-term people who are not in Berlin for a permanent stay.
So you are welcome if you want to stay here for 3 months and have a nice quiet place.
Later we can also decide if you can stay longer.
We are an international flat share and we love to have people from different cultures here. We are all non-smokers and we only accept non-smokers living here in the flat (sorry). You should not be allergic to dogs, sometimes we have a dog in the flat. She is loved by everyone. So please tell me the most important things about you and I will come along.
Wir sind eine internationale WG und wir lieben es, Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen hier zu haben. Wir sind alle Nichtraucher und wir akzeptieren nur Nichtraucher hier in der Wohnung leben (sorry). Sie sollten nicht allergisch gegen Hunde sein, wir haben manchmal einen Hund in der Wohnung. Sie wird von allen geliebt.
