Sie ist als Wohnung und nicht WG-Zimmer inseriert - weil ich die meiste Zeit im Ausland bin und man die Wohnung eigentlich für sich hat, für die hälfte der Miete :) Wäre also perfekt für ein junges Pärchen, dass eine eigene Wohnung sucht zu einem günstigeren Preis.
Ich bin späte 30er, freischaffende Filmemacherin und die meiste Zeit im unterwegs, wäre tageweise ca 2 monate im Jahr da.

Die Wohunung liegt im 6ten stock eines Neubaus in einer breiten, ruhigen Strasse in Ottakring - 15 Minuten vom Brunnenmarkt und eine kurze bim-fahrt in den Wienerwald.
