Hi there, we have a beautiful 1- bedroom apartment in the lower ground floor of our old Munich town house available to rent for one year.
Our lovely old city villa was built in 1936 and has a big garden. It is located only 8 mins on foot from the metro hub Laim, from where you can catch a train to the city center every 3 mins. Shops and supermarkets are just round the corner, the Nymphenburg Park and the famous Hirschgarten beer garden are so a 7 mins walk away. Parking is no problem here, just leave your car on the street outside the house.

The apartment has all the privacy you want a busy day out: walking through your own little garden on the sunny west side of our house, you enter the flat through a door integrated in a large glass facade and find a beautifully designed open plan space. There’s a dining table right next to the window, a neet kitchen area to your left, a sofa and TV and your bed at the color end. The entire space is flooded with day light: a large south facing window beside the bed and the west facing 4 m glass facade with a view onto terraced flower beds make you feel you’re living in two worlds: connected to nature and yet inside your cosy home.

Hello, our beautiful 1-room apartment is looking for a new tenant on May 1st:

From here it is 2 minutes to the bus and only 8 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station Laim, an Öffi junction, from which an S-Bahn takes you to the city centre every 3 minutes.

Hallo, unser wunderschönes 1- Zimmerapartment sucht zum 1.Mai einen neuen Mieter:
Im Tiefparterre unserer alten Münchner Stadtvilla aus den 30er Jahren gelegen, ist diese Wohnung mit ihrem Eingang direkt vom eigenen Garten eine kleine Oase, mitten der Stadt!
Von hier sind es 2 Minuten zum Bus und nur 8 Gehminuten zum S- Bahnhof Laim, einem Öffi- Knotenpunkt, von dem alle 3 Minuten eine S-Bahn in das Stadtzentrum fährt.
Auf der anderen Seite warten der Nymphenburger Park und der Hirschgarten mit herrlichen Spaziergängen und dem berühmten Biergarten: 8 Minuten zu Fuß in die andere Richtung - und man ist in einer anderen Welt.

In unserem Haus leben drei Familien mit insgesamt zehn Menschen auf vier Etagen:
