Dein potentielles neues Zimmer liegt auf der Südwest-Seite der Wohnung, man hat also den Großteil des Tages Sonne.

Obwohl das Zimmer eine Dachschräge hat, hat man wirklich genug Platz für alle nötigen Möbel und durch die (wunderschönen <3) Holzbalken auch eine gute Möglichkeit das Zimmer ein bisschen aufzuteilen.
Ein riesen Plus ist der direkt angrenzende Balkon, auf dem man wirklich fast den ganzen Tag Sonne hat und von dem aus man die beste Aussicht überhaupt hat und jetzt gerade wieder die Vögelchen aus dem Wald direkt neben dem Haus singen hört.

Obwohl unsere Wohnung im Dachgeschoss (3. OG) liegt, bleibt die Wohnung im Sommer kühl, da sie wirklich gut isoliert ist.
Zusätzlich zu deinem neuen Schlafzimmer hat unsere Wohnung einen großen Flur, eine wirklich geräumige Essküche mit Spülmaschine und ein Wohnzimmer mit Abstellraum.
An Stauraum mangelt es übrigens generell nicht, denn wir haben sowohl ein Kellerabteil (im EG), in dem man beispielsweise ein Fahrrad abstellen könnte als auch alleinigen Zugang zum Dachboden, der fast so groß ist wie unsere Wohnung :)

Außerdem gehören 2 Parkplätze zur Wohnung dazu, solltest du ein eigenes Auto haben, ist das also garkein Problem.

Unser Haus liegt direkt am Waldrand, manchmal kann man sogar die Rehböcke schrecken hören :)
In direkter Umgebung sind auch ein paar schöne Wanderwege und im Herbst kann man hier super gut Pilze sammeln gehen!

In Kirrberg selbst ist ein kleiner CAP-Markt, der alles Nötige hat, was man so braucht (auch ein paar vegetarische und vegane Ersatzprodukte, weil es ein Ableger von Edeka ist), ansonsten sind aber die Supermärkte in Homburg ja auch nicht weit.
Außerdem haben wir eine Apotheke, Postfiliale und zwei Bäckereien in der Ortsmitte.

Film- oder Spieleabende, gemeinsam kochen, Musik machen, im Herbst Pilze und Kastanien sammeln gehen, zusammen irgendwas Basteln oder im Frühjahr Kräuter auf dem Balkon pflanzen sind genau mein Ding.
Aber natürlich darf jederzeit auch einfach mal in Lernphasen oder wenn man gerade mal keine Lust auf andere Leute hat, die Zimmertür einfach zu bleiben :D
