Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine kleine Durchgangsküche und ein kleines Bad.
Das größere Zimmer (Wohnzimmer) zeigt zur (relativ ruhigen) Straße und hat zwei große Fenster. Hier gibt es Kommode, zwei Schränke, einen Sekretär, Sofa, Stühle und Wohnzimmertisch.
Das kleinere Zimmer (Schlafzimmer) zeigt zum Hinterhof (Parkplatz). Hier gibt es ein Bett, sowie Kommode, Kleiderschrank und einen praktischen Wandschrank!
In der Küche steht Dir alles zur Verfügung. Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Dunstabzug und Ofen funktionieren.
Das Bad ist klein aber fein mit Dusche und Waschmaschinen-Anschluss.
Ich wasche immer bei meinen Nachbarn, die sind sehr lieb und gestatten Dir das auch.
Die Wohnung ist nicht die neueste, aber trotzdem wohne ich aufgrund der vielen Vorteile gern hier.
The flat has two rooms, a small kitchen and a small bathroom.
The bigger room (living room) faces the (relatively quiet) street and has two large windows. It contains a dresser, two closets, a writing desk, Sofa, chairs and a table.
The smaller room (sleeping room) faces the backyard (parking lot). Here you find the bed, wardrobe, dresser and a handy wall cupboard!
You can use evrything in the kitchen. Fridge, dishwasher, oven and extractor hood are working.
The bathroom has a shower and a possibilty to connect a washing machine. However, I always wash my stuff at my neighbours´, they´re really nice and will let you wash as well.
It´s not the newest flat, but I enjoy living here due to the many advantages.
Die Lage ist super! Direkt neben Deiner Wohnung liegt der Penny. Wenn der Einkauf mal später am Abend sein muss, sind zwei Konsums 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Geiststraße mit kulinarischem Angebot und Spätis ist ganz nah und in der Innenstadt bist Du innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Strabenbahnlinien 3,7 und 8 fahren regelmäßig ab Haltestelle Hermannstraße oder Moritzburgring (gleiche Entfernung, 3 Minuten).
Insgesamt ist die Gegend ruhig.
Du bist sehr schnell am Botanischen Garten und auf der Peißnitz zum Spazieren, Grillen, Joggen..
The location is great! Right next to the flat there is Penny supermarket. If you need to buy stuff in the late evening, there are two Konsums in 5 minutes walking distance. The Geiststraße with a lot of culinary offerings and open-late stores is very close and you will be in the city centre in less than 10 minutes of walking. The tram lines 3,7, and 8 go regularly from the stations Hermannstraße or Moritzburgring (equal distance, 3 mins).
The area is relatively quiet.
The botanical garden is very near and so is the Peißnitz, with possibility to go for a walk, jog, or to have a barbecue..
Ich werde für einen Teil meines praktischen Jahres im Ausland sein und möchte deswegen diese Wohnung untervermieten. Du kannst alles hier benutzen. (auch mein Fahrrad und die Instrumente, falls Du willst ;-) ). Ich will Dir vertrauen können, dass Du aber halbwegs sorgsam mit allem umgehst. Was ich an Zeugs alles vorher woanders unterbringe, damit Du genug Platz für Deine Sachen hast, klären wir natürlich!
Die Miete ist für Dich 350 Euro für alles, das bedeutet Warm inklusive Strom, Internet und GEZ.
Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist noch etwas flexibel.

I will be abroad for a part of my clinical year and therefore want to rent my flat for this period. You may use eveything, (including my bike and instruments if you like ;-) ). But I want to be abe to trust you to handle everythig with care. Of course we will discuss where i will put all my stuff so that you have enough space!
It´s 350 Euros for everything, including heating, power, wifi and GEZ.
Date of moving in and out is stil flexible.
