Neukölln Apartment - 1.5 rooms - Permenant

We are looking for a person or couple to take over the contract for our beautiful 1.5-bedroom flat in Neukölln (Rixdorf). We move out on June 28 and would be looking for someone to take over the contact from July 1 onwards (but could move in June 28). It is situated in the lovely Rixdorf neighborhood (right by Böhmisher Platz), only 5 minutes walk from Sonnenallee S-Bahn station.

The apartment has 1.5 rooms; (1) a kitchen/dining room with a pantry - this room has a decent sized kitchen and a spacious area for eating / dining. (2) a livingroom/bedroom with a large cupboard - we actually use the large cupboard as our bedroom (see photos), and use the main room as a livingroom.

The apartment comes with a kitchen sink, oven and washing machine. We have furnished the apartment fully; we plan to remove our decor/artwork and other bits of furniture, but are looking for someone to pay a small price (~100 EUR negotiable) for the fridge / kitchen.

The cold rent is 480 EUR and the warm rent is 699 EUR. We additionally paid 40 EUR for internet, and 120 EUR for electricity. We have now cancelled these contracts, effective at the end of July. Becuase of this, we are also looking for someone to pay for this during July (before you set up your own internet/electricity contracts.

IF INTERESTED:
please write to me (1) confirming that you would be able to take over the contract from July 1, (2) whether you would want to pay (~100 EUR) for the fridge/kitchenwear, and (3) whether you would be willing to pay the internet/electrict for the month of July (160 EUR) before beginning your own contract the following month.
