Ich verlasse mein schönes Zimmer nach 3 Jahren und suche jemand Neues für die WG :)
Das Zimmer ist 26qm groß und hat eine 4qm große Terrasse. Das Zimmer wird leer sein (wenn nötig kann ich das Bett lassen :)). Tisch und die Stühle auf der Terrasse bleiben auch 💫.
Weniger als 10 Min (Laufenzeit) vum U8 und U9 anf weniger als 15 Min (Laufenzeit) vom S1 und S25.
Es ist sehr ruhig 💚
Die Wohnung wird mit einem netten Italiener, Mirko, 33 Jahre alt, geteilt werden, der freundlich und respektvoll ist und immer bereit für ein Gespräch oder einen Kaffee zu haben ist ☕🫖
Ich werde ihn vermissen 🥲🥲
Der Vertrag ist zunächst für 6-8 Monate! eine Verlängerung ist möglich, muss aber mit der Vermieterin abgesprochen werden ;) JA, ANMELDUNG MÖGLIIH!
Miete ist 590€, alles inklusive (auch DSL und GEZ)
Die Vermieterin möchte eine Arbeiterin (Frau) mit einem regelmäßigen Arbeitsvertrag.
