Da ich zu Beginn des nächsten Semesters umziehen werde, wird mein Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen Wohnung frei :)
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, mit Fenstern zu einem Innenhof. Es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert und ist sehr modern und hell. Das Highlight ist definitiv die Küche mit Induktionsherd und großem Kühlschrank.
Der Raum selbst ist ebenfalls sehr hell mit einem großen Fenster. Die Zimmergröße finde ich perfekt, um alles unterzubringen, was man braucht. Ich überlege, ein paar Möbel gegen eine kleine Ablöse da zu lassen, darüber können wir aber gerne nochmal persönlich reden :)
Es gibt zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 min zu Fuß) und einen Lidl in Laufnähe (12 min zu Fuß), sowie Bäcker, Friseure und alles was man so braucht.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle Richtung Uniklinik ist 1 min entfernt, die in Richtung Stadtzentrum etwa 2 min. Man ist aber auch zu Fuß innerhalb von einer Viertelstunde am Hauptbahnhof.
