Dein neues Zimmer wäre gut geschnitten, es gibt keine Faktoren, die beim Einrichten einschränken. Durch die Fenster ist es ein sehr heller Raum, ideal, falls du wie mein ausziehender Mitbewohner ein Fan von Zimmerpflanzen bist. Von ihm kannst du auch nach Absprache einige seiner Möbel übernehmen, falls Interesse besteht. Für die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Möbel muss kein Abschlag gezahlt werden.
Zur Wohnung gehören abgesehen von den beiden Schlafzimmern noch ein Badezimmer und eine Küche, die beide relativ hochwertig sind, sowie das große, sehr helle Wohnzimmer mit Balkon.
Your new room would be well laid out, there are no factors that would restrict you in arranging your furniture. The windows make it a very bright room, ideal if you are a fan of houseplants like my flatmate who is moving out. You can also take over some of his furniture if you're interested. You don't have to pay for the shared furniture.
In addition to the two bedrooms, the apartment also has a bathroom and a kitchen, both of which are relatively high quality, as well as a large, very bright living room with a balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in der Südstadt, man erreicht aber den nächsten Supermarkt und die nächste Bushaltestelle zu Fuß in unter 5 Minuten, Mit Fahrrad oder Bus kommt man sehr schnell in die Innenstadt oder zur Uni.
The apartment is in a very quiet location in Südstadt, but you can reach the nearest supermarket and the nearest bus stop on foot in less than 5 minutes. You can get to the city center or the university very quickly by bike or bus.
Ich Studiere im 2-Fach Bachelor VWL und moderne Indienstudien. In meiner Freizeit engagiere ich mich ehrenamtlich und mache Sport, bin aktuell wieder viel am laufen. Außerdem lese ich gerne und unternehme etwas mit Freunden, vom entspannten Spieleabend über sportliches und Pubcrawls bis zum feiern gehen.
Mir sind eine klare Kommunikation und ein entspanntes, zwangloses Verhältnis innerhalb der WG wichtig. Wenn sich ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis entwickelt und man das ein oder andere Mal etwas zusammen kocht oder unternimmt, umso besser :)
I'm currently enrolled in a Dual-Bachelor's degree in economics and modern Indian studies. In my free time, I volunteer, do sports and am currently running a lot again. I also enjoy reading and doing things with friends, from relaxed games nights to sports, pub crawls and parties.
Clear communication and a relaxed, informal relationship within the flat are important to me. If a friendly relationship develops and we end up cooking or doing something together from time to time, all the better :)
