Bei uns wird ein Zimmer zum 15.05 frei.
Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und wird unmöbliert übergeben. Einen Schrank müsstest du bei der Vormieterin abkaufen (250€ VB).
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 367€ (Grundmiete inkl. Wasser und Heizung 322€, Strom und Internet 45€). Die Kaution beträgt 477€.
In der Wohnung gibt es eigentlich alles, was man braucht: eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bade-Zimmer, ein Gäste-WC und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Tischkicker und Balkon..
Rauchen ist erlaubt aber bitte nur aufm Balkon.
Die Lage ist für sowohl Berufstätigen als auch Studenten günstig.
Die Haltestelle Kalk Kapelle (Linie 1und 9) ist nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Von da kann man in wenigen Minuten die TH Köln, den Bahnhof Messe/Deutz oder den Innenstadt erreichen.
Norma, Netto, Kik und Rossmann sind um die Ecke. Köln Arcade, dm, Kaufland und Aldi sind in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
In der WG wohnen gerade Getrude (w), Linh (w) und Jonas (m). Getrude zieht zum Mitte Mai aus und du wirst ihr Zimmer übernehmen. Linh ist noch Studentin und Jonas ist berufstätig und ist oft unterwegs. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Jeder lebt etwas für sich aber wir quatschen gern und die Atmosphäre in der WG ist immer gut. Wir haben auch eine Whatsapp-Gruppe, wo man kann schreiben, wenn es Probleme oder Anliegen gibt.
Ein fester Putzplan haben wir nicht, wir können auch einen machen, wenn du willst. Hauptsache ist, dass die Wohnung ordentlich bleibt.
