Ich möchte für die Küche keine Ablöse. Auch ein Großteil der Einrichtung kann kostenlos übernommen
werden, Küchentisch, Stühle etc.
Nur die Waschmaschine möchte ich gerne für 70€ weitergeben, die funktioniert echt super, aber ich habe schon eine neue in der anderen Wohnung.
Tolle Lage im schönsten Stadtteil Kassels. Tramstationen, Edeka, Rewe, Denns, usw. in der Nähe. der Stadthallengarten und das Tannenwäldchen sind beide so nah, dass man da problemlos morgens kurz seinen Kaffee trinken kann.
Die Wohnung wird ab dem 1.4 frei komplett frei. Ich selbst ziehe am 1.4 aus. Falls du vorher einziehen möchtest kannst du auch bei mir als Untermieter wohnen für einen Monat. Ich werde in meine neue Wohnung schon ab dem 15.3 quasi halb einziehen, weshalb sich das sehr easy gestalten würde.
