Wir sind Diego und Raúl, wir bieten ein Zimmer in unserer WG (3er WG) an und suchen einen freundlichen Mitbewohner!

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof Harras mit U6- und S-Bahn-Anschluss. Direkte Verbindungen zum Universitätscampus für Studenten: Der Campus der Universität ist 15 Minuten entfernt und der Campus Garching 35 Minuten, aber beide mit der U6. Es gibt auch einen direkten Bus, der zum Olympiapark fährt.

Das angebotene Zimmer ist ein 10m2 großes, gemütliches Zimmer, das möbliert vermietet wird, aber Sie können Ihre eigenen Möbel mitbringen (das Bett, ein kleiner Tisch und Stuhl und ein Kleiderschrank sind vorhanden). Internetanschluss ist in der Warmmiete enthalten. Die Küche ist neu renoviert, hat eine neue Spülmaschine und ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet.

Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet.

Hello everyone!

We are Diego and Raúl, we are offering a room in our shared apartment (3er WG) and we are looking for a fellow friendly student!

The apartment is located just by the Harras train station with both U6 and S-Bahn connections. Direct connections with university campus for students: Universität campus is 15 mins away and the Garching campus is 35 mins away, but both in the U6 line. There is also a direct bus that goes to the Olympiapark.

The offered room is a 10m2 cozy room that is rented furnished, but you can bring your own funiture (It comes with the bed, a small table and chair and a wardrobe). Internet connection included in the warmmiete. The kitchen has been newly renovated, it has a new dishwasher and includes all the necessary equipment.

Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden.

Wir sind Raúl (23) und Diego (22). Wir sind spanische Studenten an der TUM und LMU und studieren den MSc. Quantum Science & Technologies. Wir haben noch nicht viel Zeit in Deutschland verbracht und machen gerne Kurztrips, um die Landschaft zu erkunden, wandern zu gehen und neue Orte zu besuchen. Wir mögen Fußball und Sport im Allgemeinen, Pläne, gemeinsam Sport zu treiben, sind immer willkommen.

Natürlich verlieren wir unser Studium nicht aus den Augen! Wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig, ob im Studium oder im Privatleben, und sind gute Freunde geworden.

We are Raúl (22) and Diego (22). We are spanish students at TUM and LMU studying the MSc. Quantum Science & Technologies. We have not spent much time in Germany and we are really into doing short trips to visit the countryside, do some hiking and visiting new places. We like football and sports in general, plans to do sport together are always welcome.

Of course, we don't lose sight of our studies! We support each other, whether in our studies or in our private lives, and have become good friends.
