WG room in house with garden in Neukölln-Buckow WG Zimmer im Haus mit Garten in Neukölln-Buckow

Hellooo,
I offer my guest room. For reasons of distance, the previous roommate has received a new WG, but was absolutely very satisfied here.
I live with my son (8) here in the house and this is too big and boring. Even if we have a garden it is more beautiful to share with another person.
It has with basement 4 floors and 9 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and ne garage for bicycles. The guest room is in the 1.OG, guest bathroom with shower in the EC. All rooms may be used except my bedroom 😅.
Please do not misunderstand that I/we are explicitly looking for a roommate (also with child). Wish of my son I respect.
It has enough retreats and common spaces.
There is also a hangover in the plot that stays outside at night.
We often have music in the electronic field, and you can also enjoy your musical tastes.
We cook mostly in the evening approx. At 7:00 p.m. completely chilled and cozy, apparently delicious, as the last roommate said. I'm supposed to open a restaurant.

ich biete mein Gästezimmer an. Die vorherige Mitbewohnerin hat aus Entfernungsgründen eine neue WG bezogen, war hier aber absolut sehr zufrieden.
Ich wohne mit meinem Sohn (8) hier im Haus und das ist uns zu groß und langweilig. Auch wenn wir einen Garten haben ist es schöner, das mit einer weiteren Person zu teilen.
Es hat mit Keller 4 Stockwerke und 9 Räume, 2 Bäder, eine Küche und ne Garage z.B. für Fahrräder. Das Gästezimmer ist im 1.OG, Gästebad mit Dusche im EG. Es dürfen aber alle Räume genutzt werden, außer mein Schlafzimmer 😅.
Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, dass ich/wir explizit nach einer Mitbewohnerin (gerne auch mit Kind) suchen. Wunsch von meinem Sohn, das ich respektiere.
Es hat hier genug Rückzugsorte und Gemeinschaftsräume.
Im Grundstück lebt auch noch ein Kater, der nachts draußen übernachtet.
Es läuft bei uns oft Musik im elektronischen Bereich, du darfst auch gerne deine musikalischen Geschmachsrichtungen natürlich auch genießen.
Wir kochen meistens abends ca. 19 Uhr ganz gechillt und gemütlich, dafür anscheinend voll lecker, wie die letzte Mitbewohnerin sagte. Ich solle ein Restaurant aufmachen 🤭.
