We need to temporarily rent our beautiful home in Offenbach. A couple or a single person are both possible as a tenant. Unfortunately, NO flat sharing.

The bright and spacious recently renovated 65 qm three-room fully furnished altbau apartment is on the 3rd floor (considered as 2nd floor in Germany), available for sublet now for approximately five to eleven months (we are flexible).

The apartment has beautiful, high ceilings and is always very bright thanks to the many large windows. The condition of the apartment is great! It is in a very well-maintained clean building with a private courtyard entrance. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, and an additional living/working room, a kitchen, a balcony, and a bathroom with window. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine, oven, hood, cooktop, coffee machine, toaster, kitchenware and all the cooking utensils you might need. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and two wardrobes. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need, it is the perfect size for a couple or a single person. Everything is made up of high-quality materials inside. Neighbours in the building are quite, respectful, and kind. Living here feels very chill and comfortable:)

Offenbach Hauptbahnhof train station and Offenbach Marktplatz subway stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is very well connected to Frankfurt (only 5-6 minutes train ride).

The apartment is located near beautiful Wilhelmsplatz. The area is lovely, safe, and residential. The cute cafes, restaurants, weekly farmers’ market, and nice shops are all within short walking distance (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Penny less than 10 minutes).

Total monthly rent will be1300 euros (base rent is 950 euros + 350 euros utilities cost including electricity, internet, gas, and all additional costs)
