Hello, my name is Ahmed, I am 30 years old and has been working as a research assistant at the Technical University of Berlin since February 2025. I am married, but my wife is not currently living in Germany and we have no children.

I am a quiet, neat and reliable tenant who places great value on a well maintained and pleasant atmosphere. I am non-smoking, have no pets and always maintain a good relationship with landlords and neighbors.

What I'm looking for:

A 1- to 2-room apartment
Rental budget: Up to 1,200 € warm
Location: Preferred in Charlottenburg, Schöneberg, Mitte, Tiergarten, Wilmersdorf or near the TU Berlin
Arrival date: From 1 June 2025 (if necessary a few days flexible).
What I offer:

Work contract of TU Berlin as proof of a fixed income
Schufa (request now) (if not yet available, it will be presented on arrival)
