My name is Daanyaal Parvaize, a 26-year-old from New Delhi, India. I recently received admission to Hochschule Emden/Leer for a Master’s program in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, which begins on March 1, 2025. I am seeking accommodation starting from the last week of February.
A little about me: I am an easy going and cheerful person who enjoys staying positive and values respect and privacy. I am also supportive and understanding, always open to other people's perspectives. As an avid football fan, I love watching English football and enjoy traveling and engaging in adventurous activities.
Professionally, I have been working as a data analyst in India for the past two years before securing this admission. Financially, I am diligent and reliable, ensuring timely payment of rent and other obligations, and I expect the same from others. This will be my first time in Germany, so I currently do not have a Schufa (request now) score. However, I am happy to provide any alternative documentation if required. I believe in contributing equally to household responsibilities to ensure a harmonious and well-functioning living arrangement.
