Schönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete/Nice room for sublet

Das Zimmer befindet sich im ruhigen Riedenberg (Sillenbuch), und hat eine Haltestelle direkt vorm Haus. Von hier aus braucht man mit dem Bus 15 Minuten zur Universität Hohenheim, und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Ubahnstation. Diese nimmt dich dann in 20 Minuten zum Haubtbahnhof oder in die Innenstadt. Zum Flughafen nimmt dich der Bus in ungefähr 20 Minuten.

Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt, und in 10-15 Min Nähe dann auch ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Netto, Edeka, dm etc. Ist also alles fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

The room is located in the quiet area of Riedenberg (Sillenbuch), and has a bus stop right in front of the house. From here it takes 10 minutes by bus to the University of Hohenheim, and about 15 minutes on foot to the nearest subway station. This will then take you to the main train station or the city center in 20 minutes. The airport is approx. 20 min away by bus.

There is a supermarket directly opposite, and a small shopping center with Netto, Edeka, dm etc. 10-15 minutes away by foot. So everything is within easy walking distance.

Du wohnst hier mit Alda und Maria, beide 26. Alda studiert Umwelt im Master an der Uni Hohenheim und Maria promoviert dort im Bereich Biologie. Sie sind beide sehr liebe Menschen, die sich gerne abends in der Küche treffen und quatschen. Wenn man aber mal seine Ruhe mag ist dies natürlich auch kein Problem.

Da Maria aus Spanien kommt, wird in der WG englisch gesprochen. Dies müsste für dich kein Problem darstellen, wenn du hier einziehen magst.

Da wir es bislang gerne sauber und ordentlich haben, haben wir einen wöchentlich rotierenden Putzplan. Gemeinsame Ausgaben begleichen wir mit einer App.

You live here with Alda and Maria, both 26. Alda is studying for a Master's degree in Environment at the University of Hohenheim and Maria is doing a PhD in Biology there as well. They are both very kind people who like to get together in the kitchen in the evenings and chat. But if you need some peace and quiet here and there, that's no problem either.

Since Maria is from Spain, we speak English in the flat. If you are reading the english text, this must not pose a problem to you :)

As we like to keep things clean and tidy, we have a weekly cleaning schedule. We use an app to pay for common expenses.

Die WG verfügt über eine Badewannendusche, eine kleine Abstellkammer mit Staubsauger etc, eine Garage für Fahrräder, ein Kellerabteil und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine. Eine Waschmaschine und Platz zum Aufhängen der Kleidung gibt es im Haus auch.

Solltest du Interesse haben melde dich gerne, dann können wir weiteres besprechen bzgl. Einzug etc :)

The flat share has a bathtub shower, a small storage room with vacuum cleaner etc., a garage for bicycles, a cellar compartment and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. We also have a washing machine, and space to hang up the clothes in the house.
