Da ich für einen Monat ins Ausland gehe, biete ich mein schönes, vollmöbliertes Zimmer mit Gartenblick für ca. einen Monat (3-5 Wochen, dies können wir gemeinsam festlegen, je nachdem, wie lange du das Zimmer benötigst) an. Trotz der super zentralen Lage in Sachsenhausen ist das Zimmer durch die Ausrichtung zum Garten immer sehr ruhig und eignet sich deswegen auch optimal fürs HomeOffice (meine Bildschirme etc. lasse ich auch da, dass du auch einen bereits eingerichten HomeOffice Platz hast).
Neben den beiden WG-Zimmern gibt es in der Wohnung ein großes Wohnzimmer, mit allem, was man braucht, einem Balkon, sowie Bad und vollausgestatteter Küche. Zusätzlich kann auch der Garten mitbenutzt werden.

Since I am going abroad for a month, I am offering my beautiful, fully furnished room with a garden view for about a month (3-5 weeks, we can determine this together, depending on how long you need the room). Despite the super central location in Sachsenhausen, the room is always very quiet due to its orientation towards the garden and is therefore also ideal for a home office (I also leave my screens etc. there so that you also have an already furnished home office space).

Die Wohnung grenzt direkt an Alt-Sachs aber noch außerhalb also kein Chaos, aber man ist dadurch super schnell bei guten Restaurants / Bars.

Mit ihm kommt garantiert jeder gut klar, und es ist ein sehr entspannte und angenehme Atmosphäre im Haus.

Dadurch, dass Lucas oftmals auf Dienstreisen oder bei seiner Freundin ist, hast du oft auch die gesamte Wohnung für dich.
