Hey, I'm Arad and I'm at the end of my master's degree program at TU Berlin. I'm looking for a new apartment. I know that there are more apartment seekers in Berlin than dungeons, but I am the only one who would bring the best hummus ever to visit. Remember that;-)

About my lifestyle: student, creator, and human lover. I have a passion for creating and love working on projects. At the moment I have a strong tendency to video editing and I have started a YouTube channel on which I make science communication. Super Nerdy, I know, but I love the challenge and it makes me smile :) At night either I smelled or chill in a bar (although between us, I usually smelled). I like to go out, I love meeting people and listening to their stories. Books are great, but people are equally interesting.

About me as a tenant: You can rely on me. I work part-time at my university and receive financial support from my family if necessary (and I am very grateful to them and the universe). I have all the necessary documents available and can collect them immediately or later depending on the situation.

Hey, ich heiße Arad und bin am Ende meines ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Masterstudiums an der TU Berlin. Da ich aus dem Wohnheim ausziehen muss, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer neuen Wohnung. Ich weiß, dass es in Berlin mehr Wohnungssuchende als Dönerläden gibt, aber ich bin der Einzige, der den besten Hummus ever zur Besichtigung mitbringen würde. Denk mal daran ;-)

Über meinen Lebensstil: Student, Schöpfer, und Menschenliebhaber. Ich habe eine Leidenschaft für das Erschaffen und liebe es, an Projekten zu arbeiten. Momentan habe ich eine starke Neigung zum Video-Editing und ich habe ein YouTube Kanal gestartet, auf dem ich Wissenschaftskommunikation mache. Super Nerdy, I know, aber ich liebe die Herausforderung und es bringt mich zum Lächeln :) Nachts entweder tüftele ich oder chille in einer Bar (obwohl zwischen uns, tüftele ich meistens). Ich gehe gerne aus, ich liebe es, mich mit Leuten zu treffen und ihre Geschichten zu hören. Bücher sind toll, aber Menschen sind genauso interessant.

Über mich als Mieter: Du kannst dich auf mich verlassen. Ich arbeite Teilzeit an meiner Universität und erhalte bei Bedarf finanzielle Unterstützung von meiner Familie (und ich bin ihnen und dem Universum dafür sehr dankbar). Ich habe alle notwendigen Unterlagen verfügbar und kann je nach Situation sofort oder später einziehen.
