Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere gemütliche 3er-WG direkt am Mainzer Hauptbahnhof (nur 1 Minute zu Fuß!). Trotz der zentralen Lage ist dein Zimmer angenehm ruhig, da es mit zwei großen Fenstern zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist.

Die Wohnung & dein Zimmer
Dein Zimmer ist etwa 16 m² groß und auf Wunsch teilmöbliert (kleiner Schreibtisch, TV, kleine Kommode).
Balkon für gemeinsame Sommerabende 🌿
Viele Pflanzen sorgen für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre 🌱

Lage
Supermärkte wie Aldi (2-3 min) oder Alnatura (5-8 min) sind schnell zu erreichen. Cafés, Restaurants und die Fußgängerzone der Innenstadt sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir sind Marvin und Marco, beide berufstätig, sportlich , kochen gerne und verbringen auch gerne Zeit mit Freunden in der WG. Wir mögen eine entspannte, freundschaftliche Atmosphäre und freuen uns auf jemanden, der gut dazu passt.
