I will be moving out in March and would like to sublet my dorm room until the end of September.
The room is on the 15th floor of the building, is nicely furnished and has a very nice view. You have a bed, a shelf, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. Each room has its own Wi-Fi, I have taken care of the router and you are welcome to continue using it. The shared flat also has a large kitchen with a living room and two bathrooms, one of which you share with two other flatmates.
There is a room on the premises with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a fee of €2.

Ich werde ab März ausziehen und möchte mein Wohnheim-Zimmer bis Ende Semptember untervermieten.
Das Zimmer liegt im 15. Stock des Gebäudes, ist schön möbliert und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Du hast also ein Bett, ein Regal, einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl und einen Schrank. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes WLAN, ich habe mich um den Router gekümmert und den kannst du gerne weiter benutzen. Die WG besteht zudem noch aus einer großen Küche mit Wohnzimmer und zwei Bädern, eins davon teilst du dir mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern.
Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Raum mit Waschmaschienen und Trocknern, welche gegen eine Gebühr von 2€ benutzt werden können.

The Karlshof is located directly above the beautiful Martinsviertel and is very well connected. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the bus stop “Am Karlshof” and from there you can easily get to Luisenplatz or the main train station. The TU Darmstadt is also only 10 minutes away.

Der Karlshof liegt unmittelbar oberhalb des schönen Martinsviertel und ist super angebunden. Du brauchst ca. 5min zur Bushaltestelle "Am Karlshof" und kannst von dort aus problemlos zum Luisenplatz oder Hauptbahnhof fahren. Auch die TU Darmstadt ist nur in 10min erreichbar.

It's a shared student flat with two women and three men, so if you bump into each other you can have a great chat, otherwise everyone tends to go their own way. That's why it's usually quite quiet in the shared flat.
There is a cleaning schedule for the kitchen, but with the agreement of the other flatmates you won't have to do too much :)

Es handelt sich um eine Studenten-WG mit zwei Frauen und drei Männern, läuft man sich über den Weg kann man sich super unterhalten, sonst geht jeder eher seinen eigenen Weg. Deswegen ist es in der WG meistens recht ruhig.
Es existiert ein Putzplan für die Küche, aber mit Absprache der anderen Mitbewohner wirst du gar nicht so viel zu tun haben müssen :)
