ich würde gerne meine möblierte Wohnung ab Anfang April untervermieten.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 3 Monate.
Die Wohnung ist vollausgestattet.
Zusätzlich liegt das Wohnzimmer an einem kleinen Park mit einem schönen Weitblick.

Die Wohnung ist zwar super zentral gelegen aber dennoch ruhig, da sie auf der einen Seite zum Hinterhof und auf der anderen Seite zu einem kleinen Park ausgerichtet ist.



Im Mietpreis von 1140 EUR sind alle Kosten ( Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom, Internet, GEZ, Pauschale für die Einrichtung) inklusive.

Die Wohnung kann auch schon früher bezogen werden.

I would like to sublet my furnished apartment from the beginning of April on. 

The minimum rental period is 3 months. 

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

The living room has a nice view on to a little parc and is very calm because there is no street directly in front of the window. The bedroom is also really calm because it facing a big backyard.



The whole apartment is in a great central location but still quiet, as it faces the back yard on one side and a small park on the other.



The rental price of 1140 EUR includes all costs (heating, hot water, electricity, internet, GEZ).

The flat is already available. So it would be also possible to move in earlier.
