WG rooms in the student residence at Lohmannshof WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim am Lohmannshof

We are a mixed WG in the student residence at Lohmannshof, not far from the university and we are looking for two new roommates! The first room is available from now on and the other will be free towards the end of April.

The rooms are about 15m2 and have a private sink with mirror. Sounds weird for the first time, but it's extremely practical for six people!

Furthermore, the WG has a kitchen, a living room and dining room and a balcony (the balcony we share with the neighboring Wg).

The rent actually covers everything, even internet.

The room is available from 1.12.2024.



Location



The location of the Lohmannshof is optimal!
You can reach the university within 5 minutes on foot, while the FH is even faster.
The tram stops right in front of the front door and you are at university within 2 minutes and in about 10 minutes at HBF and downtown.

Those who like to enjoy nature are also at their expense as they go directly behind the Teutoburger Wald residence:)

Another advantage of our student residence is the short way to Penny. Once over the parking lot and you're here. Otherwise, you can get to know many nice people within the home and are also welcome to the WG parties.



WG life

We're rather a cozy WG. When you meet in the kitchen or in the living room, you will be happy to talk a bit or watch Trash TV. Also on the balcony you can sit comfortably (but also during the day) on a to dry beer (or wine) and the neighboring WG also consists of nice people! On weekends, we eat together, sit together with a cup of tea or coffee or play a round of berries. However, you don't have to have a bad conscience if you want to have your rest, because everyone basically makes their free time extensively outside the WG.

Wir sind eine gemischte WG im Studentenwohnheim am Lohmannshof, unweit von der Uni entfernt und wir suchen zwei neue Mitbewohner*innen! Das erste Zimmer ist schon ab jetzt beziehbar und das andere wird Richtung ende April frei.

Die Zimmer sind etwa 15m² groß und verfügen über ein eigenes Waschbecken mit Spiegel. Klingt erstmal komisch, ist aber bei sechs Leuten extrem praktisch!

Des Weiteren hat die WG neben einer Küche, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer und einen Balkon (den Balkon teilen wir uns mit der Nachbar-Wg).

Durch die Miete ist eigentlich alles, sogar Internet, abgedeckt.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.12.2024 zu haben.



Lage



Die Lage des Lohmannshofs ist optimal!
Zur Uni gelangt man zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten, an der FH ist man noch schneller.
Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Haustür und man ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten an der Uni und in etwa 10 Minuten am HBF und in der Innenstadt.

Wer gerne die Natur genießt kommt ebenfalls auf seine Kosten, da direkt hinter dem Wohnheim der Teutoburger Wald losgeht :)

Ein weiterer Vorteil von unserem Studentenwohnheim ist der kurze Weg zum Penny. Einmal über den Parkplatz und man ist da. Ansonsten kann man innerhalb des Wohnheims viele nette Menschen kennenlernen und ist auch auf den WG-Partys willkommen.



WG-Leben



In der WG wohnen momentan Jere (26), Christian (33), Joel (23), Anna (33) und Lina (19).

Wir sind eher eine gemütliche WG. Wenn man sich in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer trifft, wird gerne mal ein bisschen gequatscht oder Trash-TV geschaut. Auch auf dem Balkon kann man abends (aber auch tagsüber) gemütlich (aber auch achtarmig) auf ein bis drölf Bier (oder Wein) zusammensitzen und auch die Nachbar-WG besteht aus durchaus netten Menschen! Am Wochenende passiert es schon des Öfteren mal, dass wir gemeinsam essen, bei einer Tasse Tee oder Kaffee zusammen sitzen oder auch mal eine Runde Beerpong spielen. Man muss aber auch kein schlechtes Gewissen haben, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben will, da jeder seine Freizeit grundsätzlich ausgiebig außerhalb der WG gestaltet.

Wichtig: Um bei uns zu wohnen, musst du an der HS oder Universität Bielefeld eingeschrieben sein!
