Beautiful modern shared room with box-spring bed, bedside table, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The apartment has a large modern kitchen, three bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a terrace, a large storage room and a living area with couch. It's all fully equipped so you don't have to bring anything! :)
The apartment is in a great location in the south of Schöneberg. Schlossstraße with its countless shopping opportunities is only a 20-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is right next to Friedenau S1 station. There are also several bus stops nearby and U9 close to it.
Everyone is welcome here and it's a very international WG. I study Psychology, one flatmate is doing a PhD, one is also studying, and two are already working. A lot of emphasis is placed on peace and cleanliness in the shared flat. We like to chat in the kitchen and cook together if we feel like it but everyone is respecting each others space and me time! If you need anything we always help each other out too. The best thing is that the rent includes weekly cleaning of the communal areas, which means there are no arguments about a cleaning schedule!
The tenant must be between 18 and 35 years of age. The tenancy agreement is concluded directly with the landlord, which means that there is no main tenant.
