Nice, bright room with 14m² in approx. 80m² apartment. In the room, there is a separate attic access available which can be used as a sleeping area or storage room.
The balcony is accessible to all flatmates via the kitchen.
I will be moving as part of my studies and the room will be available from May 15th, 2025.
The room will be unfurnished.

It only takes about 3 minutes to get to the center of Jülich.
A bus stop (Jülich, Krankenhaus) and a train station (Jülich, Nord) are only a few meters away.
Several grocery stores are nearby.

Hi, I am Sachin (30). I am doing my PhD at Forschungszentrum Jülich. I am an easy-going person. I love to cook, so you can usually find me in the kitchen late at night. You are always welcome to try my food if a bit of spice doesn't bother you.

Hello, I am Jelena from Serbia (34 yo). I recently finished my PhD thesis at FZJ. The dog from the pictures is Medi, and she also comes from Serbia. Medi is a super friendly and well-behaved dog, following me everywhere for the past 8 years since I adopted her from the streets of Belgrade. You would of course not have any responsibilities around her, however, at least some kind of affection and tolerance is appreciated. :)
In my free time I take care of the plants, read books, and walk with Medi in nature.
Our WG is more of a quiet type, however I always enjoy having a nice chat in the kitchen, occasionally sharing food (traditional cuisine), or having a relaxed coffee time on the terrace. Joining me and Medi sometimes for a walk along the river is also an option.

All in all, I would say we are not complicated flatmates but cleaning is important to us, we take care of sharing weekly chores around the house, so that everybody feels comfy.
