we, my son (4), and I (43) are looking for a nice roommate on 1 July or 1.8.
We have a renovated old building apartment with bright, sunny kitchen, bathroom with tub in the most beautiful Kiez Berlins in Alt-Treptow in a quiet house with nice neighbors.
There are fixed days in the week where the child is at the daddy, and he lives very close.
Good vibes and a thoughtful and respectful approach to the apartment are important to me.
The apartment is non-smoking, but I am a party smoker myself, so a cigarette on the balcony goes off and on. We also have balconies on each room one to the street.
I like to cook, mostly vegan, but not strictly. For the child, of course, the fridge gives everything. :
The LPG is 2min walking, a net equal. In my spare time I am a great fan of urban sports and like to do yoga, pilates and beat 81. Otherwise, I like to go outside with friends and also like to dance. If you can imagine moving in with us, please write a few lines to you. :

Wir haben eine sanierte Altbau-Wohnung mit heller, sonniger Wohnküche, Bad mit Wanne im schönsten Kiez Berlins in Alt-Treptow in einem ruhigen Haus mit netten Nachbarn.
Es gibt feste Tage in der Woche, wo das Kind beim Papa ist, und er wohnt ganz in der Nähe.
Good vibes und ein rücksichts- und respektvoller Umgang in der Wohnung sind mir wichtig.
Die Wohnung ist Nichtraucher, aber ich bin selbst Partyraucherin, also ein Zigarettchen auf dem Balkon geht natürlich ab und zu. Balkone haben wir auch an jedem Zimmer einen zur Straße raus.
Ich koche gerne, überwiegend vegan, aber nicht strikt. Fürs Kind gibt der Kühlschrank natürlich alles her. :)
