Das Haus liegt in Bester Lage mitten im Zollhausviertel unweit vom Lorlebergplatz und vielen coolen Bars, Kneipen und Cafés. Zum Schlosspark ist es ebenfalls ein Katzensprung.
Netto, Aldi, ein Bioladen und ein Bäckerladen sind in weniger als 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, man kann also kurz vor knapp noch einkaufen gehen. Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad auch nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso schnell ist man am Bahnhof. Das Uni Gebäude der Philosophischen Fakultät befindet sich auch fast um die Ecke, man braucht ungefähr 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Auch das Juridicum ist mit dem Rad höchstens 5 Minuten entfernt.
Bushaltestellen höchstens 3 Minuten entfernt. Man ist also super schnell in allen Teilen Erlangens.

SONSTIGES
Im Hof ist ausreichend Platz für alle Fahrräder. Zu der Miete kommt nur noch
Strom für das Appartement und in der Heizperiode die Heizkosten. Die Möbel
sind nicht austauschbar und müssen im Zimmer bleiben.
