I rent my beautiful old apartment during the period from 01.05.2025 - 31.01.2026 under.

My cozy apartment is equipped with great flooring, beautiful old building doors, kitchen and bathroom are renovated and offer a washing machine and a dishwasher. In addition, there is a balcony to the courtyard where you have a view of the green. Generally it is a very nice mood with us in the house and the neighbors are all very nice and uncomplicated.

It would be great if you could tell me a little bit about you so I can get an insight into who you are and why you want to live in my apartment :)

I am looking for a nice and neat sub-rent, sorry boys :) If you are a very sympathetic couple, I would possibly make an exception. Pets are not allowed.

ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im Zeitraum vom 01.05.2025 - 31.01.2026 unter.

Meine gemütliche Wohnung ist mit tollem Dielenboden ausgestattet, wunderschönen Altbautüren, Küche und Bad sind saniert und bieten eine Waschmaschine sowie eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Balkon zum Innenhof, wo man Blick auf's Grüne hat. Allgemein ist es eine sehr nette Stimmung bei uns im Haus und die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Es wäre toll, wenn du mir ein bisschen von dir erzählen könntest, sodass ich einen Einblick von dir bekomme, wer du bist und weshalb du in meiner Wohnung wohnen möchtest :)

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer lieben und ordentlichen UntermieterIN, sorry boys :) Wenn ihr ein sehr sympathisches Pärchen seid, würde ich evtl. eine Ausnahme machen. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
