Hello,
My new apartment I am moving into now. I will be renovating step by step it over the next couple of months - new bathroom, new floor, new kitchen etc etc.
I am offering 2 rooms during this time at a cheaper price. This is best for people who can be a bit flexible with shifting rooms and not needing a quiet study space or something similar. For example; whilst the other has the floor fitted you would move into the other room. It will take a bit of time to get the place a bit clean and tidy as it got left in a bit of a mess. I am on holiday next week so a lot will get done.
If you need somewhere to stay during a transition period this might be a good option for you.
About me: I own a Yoga and Massage studio in Neukölln, not far from the apartment. I also work another job right now for the immediate future, so everything is quite busy. There is music, and art swirling around everything in between.
If you can visit this weekend 5th/6th April I will be there in the morning at 12:00 - please write to me and I will confirm. Otherwise write to me when you could visit. Thanks
