Female Flatmate for an International Shared Apartment

Hello,
We, three Master's students and a cat, are looking for another female roommate to join our shared apartment (WG).

About the Apartment:
• Central Location: Less than a 5-minute walk to Löbdergraben
• Located on the 2nd floor
• Room: Approx. 12 m², €350 warm rent (all-inclusive: electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi), facing the courtyard; 1/4 of the GEZ fees (Deutschlandradio taxes) should be covered by you in addition to the rent (4,59 €/month)
• Facilities: Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, and 1 fridge
• A small, nice bathroom and a cozy living corner in the hallway
• Storage room
• Lockable bike storage
• Appartment complex backyard
• Rotating Cleaning System (manged through the use of Flatastic)
• Costs for cleaning supplies and daily household items are shared via the app (Flatastic)

About the Current Residents:
We have decided to maintain a female-only household as it simplifies certain aspects and has worked out wonderfully so far. We have a cat, but unfortunately, the landlord does not allow additional pets.
Each of us has a different nationality, so English is the primary language spoken at home. Therefore, the ability to communicate in English is essential.
Since all three of us are pursuing demanding Master's programs in life science, we value a calm and peaceful atmosphere where we can study, handle daily tasks, and relax. For this reason, and to avoid scaring the cat, parties are not allowed in this apartment. Smoking is also strictly forbidden.
We don’t only share a flat, we have also become friends over time. We occasionally do things together, cook as a group, or share meals and pleasant conversations. Generally, we all enjoy cooking often and like to stay active with sports like volleyball, salsa, fitness, climbing, and bouldering. However, we also respect each other's space and often do our own thing.
Mutual respect, cleanliness, order, and mindful care of household items are very important to us.
