Hello dear people, we, Clara and Tom are looking for mid-June (is a bit flexible) a loved one for our WG!

We live in the beautiful Humboldt Gremberg, on the border to Kalk, about 5 min walk from the S-Bahn station Trimbornstr. in our small cozy apartment. We've known each other for a long time and like to live together. Since we're both traveling a lot, you don't meet so often, but if, then we'll also like to get to each other, as we are, and also move together iwo. We are at the end of 20- early/century 30, well-integrated in Cologne, share the entire fridge content, interest us in many different stuffs (boxes, philosophy, music, theatre, cats, books, left politics/activism/ how comemanbittegeradeaufdasallsklarundwascanmanmake, flowers; Order purely random) and are usually also very enthusiastic for new!

The apartment is very well tied and cosy (and has a sweet balcony and a beautiful courtyard) but also very small and quite bright. So even if we like each other and sometimes give a lot of space for retreat, it is essential that you come along with each other and that must be somehow okay. And here comes the little disclaimer – it is really very important that if you want to get to know us, you also like the apartment. Tom goes abroad for a while in November (still unclear as long) and clara will probably go out sometime in the future (completely unclear when and how) so that we are looking for a person who simply likes the place and is not scared of it.
Until then we may make it so or so beautiful together! Your room is negotiable - either quite small and directly on the balcony or somewhat larger and beautifully bright with a view of the Taunusstr. We all pay well 400 € warm.

Hello dear people, We, Clara and Tom, are looking for a kind person for our apartment starting mid-June (this is a bit flexible)!

We live in beautiful Humboldt-Gremberg, on the border with Kalk, about a 5-minute walk from the Trimbornstr. S-Bahn station in our small, cozy apartment. We've known each other for quite a while and enjoy living together in a familiar way. Since we’re both on the go quite a bit, we don’t see each other that often, but when we do, we like to check in with each other an go on little adventures together once in a while. We are in our late 20s to early/mid-30s, well integrated and connected in Cologne and share almost all our foodstuff. We are interested in all kinds of things (boxing, philosophy, music, theater, cats, books, left-wing politics/activism/howdoyoucopewithallthatshitgoingonandwhatcanwedo, flowers; random order), and we’re generally quite enthusiastic about new things! The apartment is very well reachable and cozy (and has a sweet balcony and a lovely courtyard), but it’s so quite small and somewhat noisy. So, while we like to give each other all the personal space needed, it’s inevitable that we will hear each other sometimes, so that needs to be okay. Here’s a little disclaimer – it’s really important that you, if you’re interested in getting to know us, so like the apartment. Tom will be going abroad for a while in November (not sure how long yet), and Clara will probably move out at some point in the future (completely unclear when and how).
So, we’re looking for someone who is happy with the place itself and isn’t put off by this. Until then, we are looking forward to have a great time together! Your room is negotiable – either a small one right next to the balcony or a bigger, bright one with a view of Taunusstr. Right now, we’re each paying about €400 all-inclusive.

Hallo liebe Menschen, wir, Clara und Tom suchen zu Mitte Juni (ist ein bisschen flexibel) einen lieben Menschen für unsere WG!

Wir wohnen im schönen Humboldt Gremberg, an der Grenze zu Kalk, etwa 5 min zu Fuss von der S-Bahn Station Trimbornstr. in unserer kleinen gemütlichen Wohnung. Wir kennen uns schon eine ganze Weile und wohnen gern und vertraut zusammen. Da wir beide viel unterwegs sind, trifft man sich gar nicht so wahnsinnig oft, aber wenn, dann bekommen wir auch gern voneinander mit, wie es uns so geht und ziehen auch mal zusammen iwo hin. Wir sind ende 20- Anfang/mitte 30, in Köln gut an- und eingebunden, teilen den gesamten Kühlschrankinhalt, interessieren uns für viel unterschiedlichen Krams (Boxen,Philosophie, Musik, Theater, Katzen, Bücher, linke Politik/Aktivismus/ wiekommtmanbittegeradeaufdasallesklarundwaskannmanmachen, Blumen; Reihenfolge rein zufällig) und sind in der Regel auch sehr begeisterungsfähig für Neues!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden und cosy (und hat einen sweeten Balkon und einen schönen Innenhof) aber eben auch sehr klein und durchaus hellhörig. Also auch wenn wir einander gern und manchmal auch viel Raum für Rückzug geben, ist es unumgänglich, dass man sich gegenseitig mitbekommt und das muss dann eben auch irgendwie in Ordnung sein. Und hier kommt auch der kleine Disclaimer – es ist tatsächlich sehr wichtig, dass Du, wenn Du Lust hast uns kennenzulernen, auch die Wohnung magst. Tom geht nämlich im November eine Weile ins Ausland (noch unklar wie lang) und auch clara wird irgendwann in Zukunft wahrscheinlich ausziehen (komplett unklar wann und wie), sodass wir eine Person suchen, die auch einfach Lust auf den Ort an sich hat und davon nicht abgeschreckt ist.
Bis dahin mögen wir es uns so oder so aber zusammen schön machen! Dein Zimmer ist verhandelbar - entweder recht klein und direkt am Balkon oder etwas größer und schön hell mit Blick auf die Taunusstr. Gerade zahlen wir alle gut 400 € warm.
