I need to leave Straubing for an internship and unfortunately have to leave this lovely room :)
If you're in need of accomodation for longer than until the end of June, there is a possibility of extending the rental! We can arrange that with the landlord.

The room is fully furnished and ready for moving in. The flat is shared with two other guys, both of them students.
The flat offers a big bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer, which is super useful. The common kitchen has plenty of storage room and is fully equipped with a stove, microwave and all the necessary utensils. Of course there is wifi and in my experience it's pretty quick!

The flat is very close to the train station (around 8 minutes on foot), which makes commuting very easy. A bus stop is right around the corner, 3 minutes away.

The city center is around 20 minutes away on foot, and there are busses you could easily take. TUM Campus Straubing is also easily accessible by bus or bike, and by foot it can be reached in about 25 minutes.

In the near proximity of the flat there are 2 supermarkets - Norma and Netto, so going grocery shopping is never really an issue :)

The life in the flat is very calm. The other tenants are chill and we all get along without any issues. We share the space respectfully and there is a cleaning schedule that we try to stick to.

Having guests over is never an issue, and it is possible to have people overnight.
Overall, living here is very unproblematic and easy and the flat should be comfortable for any student or young adult.

The move-in and move-out dates are also flexible, so we can arrange the duration so that it suits you as good as possible
