17sqm room, in the north, 400€ 17qm Zimmer, im Nordend, 400€

The butt is directly at the FH (neck of the Niebelungenplatz). In 5 minutes you will be in the Günthersburgpark with the tram at the Konsti and in 10 minutes. The Nordend has and especially the corner here actually have everything you need at the start. Shops are within 5 minutes walking distance and the Bergerstrasse is also not far away.
Like i said, only manko is so bissi the much busy road.
Otherwise, the vibe here is real supi in the quarter and also in the house only young people who are all sweet and appealable ^^^

Die Butze ist direkt an der FH (halestelle Niebelungenplatz). In 5 min bist du mit der Tram an der Konsti und in 10 minuten im Günthersburgpark. Das Nordend hat und speziell die Ecke hier haben eigentlich alles am start was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 minuten laufnähe und die Bergerstrasse ist auch nicht weit.
Like i said, einziges manko ist so bissi die viel befahrene strasse.
Ansonsten ist der vibe hier echt supi im viertel und auch im haus wohnen nur junge peoples, die alle lieb und ansprechbar sind ^^

You would live with Ricky (25) and me (sammy 27). We are n class team since 9 months and are looking for someone who likes us in wgs. So safe no purpose wg.
The dors often stand open and we coexist so little with each other, or we make fax and annoy ourselves if we don't sit straight in the kitchen and live cubs. Everything after lust and laune, accordingly also full oki when the tuer is too and everyone makes his stuff.
In itself we are totally different but because of our own values we understand each other supi. Respect, honesty and benevolent are super important to us and we communicate our shit ifs sometimes gives problems and is jute.
Ricky is ne suesse maus and laughs totally like and much and then his eyes will be very small. if he doesn't meet with one of his 1000 friends, he's looking for food in the rewe, walking in the park or smoking and calling in the treppenhaus. He likes to look at animies, is currently making his education, so nine to five is on the go and chills at the weekend in bars.
My littleness studies social work at the Fh and goes back to the end april to create something that I am also much on the go. My free time I like to spend in the gym, with my friends or some hobby which I can never really well but at least a bit haha currently I want to learn to tattoo and make our garden down flott. There, by the way, you can chill and grill, even with several people :)
We are 2 dear mice who always pay attention to a clean construction and follow regular cleanliness. Since the butze is really small, we clean our stuff away directly and there is always a good basic order.

Du würdest zusammenleben mit Ricky (25) und mir (sammy 27). Wir sind n klasse team seit 9 monaten und suchen jemand der genau so gern wie wir in wgs lebt. Also safe keine zweck wg.
Die tueren stehen oft einfach offen und wir coexistieren so bisschen nebneinander her, oder wir machen faxxen und ärgern uns wenn wir nicht grad in der küche sitzen und übers leben quaken. Alles nach lust und laune, dementsprechend auch voll oki wenn die tuer mal zu ist und jeder sein stuff macht.
An sich sind wir total verschieden aber aufgrund selber werte verstehen wir uns supi. Respekt, ehrlichkeit und wohlwollen sind uns super wichtig und wir kommunierzieren unsern shit wenns mal problemchen gibt und jut ist.
Ricky ist ne suesse maus und lacht total gerne und viel und dann werden seine augen ganz klein hehe. wenn er sich nicht grade mit einen seiner 1000 freunde trifft, ist er auf nahrungssuche im rewe, spazieren im park oder rauchen und telefonieren im treppenhaus. Er guckt gern animies, macht derzeitig seine erzieherausbildung, ist also nine to five unterwegs und chillt am wochenende gern in bars.
Meine wenigkeit studiert soziale arbeit an der Fh und geht ab ende april auch wieder was schaffen womit ich auch viel unterwegs bin. Meine freizeit verbring ich gern im gym, mit meinen friends oder irgendeinem hobby welches ich nie wirklich gut kann aber immerhin ein bisschen haha derzeitig will ich tattowieren lernen und mache unseren garten unten flott. Dort kann man übrigens supper chilln und grilln, auch mal mit mehreren leuten :)
Wir sind 2 liebe mäuse die immer auf ein sauberen bau achten und regelmässige putzeineiheiten verfolgen. Da die butze echt klein ausfällt, räumen wir unseren stuff direkt weg und es herrscht immer ne gute grundordnung.
