Spaziergang zum Alt-Rhein sind möglich, als auch eine schönen Gegend zum Fahrrad fahren.

The flat is located in Vogelgesang, a very popular and well-loved neighborhood in Speyer.
Shops, doctors, and a pharmacy are all close by.
The bus stop is just a few meters away, making it easy to reach Speyer’s main train station in under 15 minutes and the city center in about 7 minutes.
Both Speyer hospitals are also nearby.
You can enjoy lovely walks along the Old Rhine or explore the beautiful surroundings by bike – perfect for nature lovers!

You'd get the apartment with two women both working in Speyer. We are friendly, easy and always have for a small chat in the kitchen – be it to shut off after work, to talk about everyday stories or simply to a cup of tea. We place great value on a clean and quiet environment, like to cook and spend some cozy evenings together on the sofa. At the same time, we all respect the personal space of the other – this makes living together very pleasant and relaxed.
