Bright WG rooms in Stuttgart Plieningen Helles WG-Zimmer in Stuttgart Plieningen

From May 1st, my room will be free in our cozy Dreier-WG.
The bright 13 m2 room is located on the attic (2nd floor) and has a roof window with darkening and heat protection, so you can sleep well on warm days.
In addition, the roof was insulated two years ago, causing pleasant temperatures in the summer despite the attic. The room is rented unfurnished, if necessary the desk can be taken over.

With your roommates Elsa and Tobi, both of whom are studying at the University of Hohenheim, you will share the simple but well-equipped kitchen, the bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a shared living and dining area. In addition, the apartment has a sunny balcony, which is filled in summer with plants of all kinds. A storage space next door and a basement compartment are available for additional storage space. The washing machine of the WG is located in the basement.

The WG life is familiary, likes to be entertained or eaten together. Elsa and Tobi are both absolute night owls, that is, if there are no obligations in the morning, then sleeps.

Introduction Tobi:
I'm a deep-repeated type that goes completely into good company and likes to tear a joke :)
I am currently studying agricultural biology in the master and trying to act at once and again athletic, preferably with different sports that include a board or mountain biking, table tennis and volleyball.

Presentation Elsa:
Moin moin, I'm still studying agricultural sciences, but I'm just on the thesis and I'll have to tell the student life soon. I am a very open-minded person who always has something to say, likes to speak politically and discusses in detail with acquaintances and friends. Since we don't have pets, I take care of our almost 50 plants in the Bude (Tobi, of course, helps as we love equality).
It would be worth mentioning that we are both members of the Student Group "Unity in Sound", which regularly organizes techno parties on campus.

Accessibility
The nearest bus stop is not a minute away, the University of Hohenheim as well as the city railway can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot or in three minutes by bus. Net and Edeka are also on foot 10-15 minutes or by bus three minutes away. The main railway station can be reached in about 30-40 minutes, the airport is 10 minutes.

Ab dem 1. Mai wird in unserer gemütlichen Dreier-WG mein Zimmer frei.
Das helle 13 m² Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (2. OG) und verfügt über ein Dachfenster mit Verdunkelung und Hitzeschutz, sodass du auch an warmen Tagen gut schlafen kannst.
Außerdem wurde das Dach vor zwei Jahren gedämmt, wodurch im Sommer trotz Dachgeschosswohnung angenehme Temperaturen herrschen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, bei Bedarf kann der Schreibtisch übernommen werden.

Mit deinen Mitbewohner*innen Elsa und Tobi, die beide an der Uni Hohenheim studieren, teilst du dir die einfache, aber recht gut ausgestattete Küche, das Bad mit Badewanne, ein separates WC sowie einen gemeinsamen Wohn- und Essbereich. Darüber hinaus verfügt die Wohnung über einen sonnigen Balkon, der im Sommer mit Pflanzen aller Art gefüllt wird. Für zusätzlichen Stauraum stehen ein Abstellraum nebenan und ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung. Die Waschmaschine der WG befindet sich im Keller.

Das WG-Leben ist familiär, gerne wird sich über alles mögliche unterhalten oder auch mal zusammen gegessen. Elsa und Tobi sind beide absolute Nachteulen, das heißt, wenn es keine Verpflichtungen am Morgen gibt, dann wird ausgeschlafen.

Vorstellung Tobi:
Ich bin ein tiefenentspannter Typ, der in guter Gesellschaft komplett aufgeht und gerne mal einen Witz reißt :)
Aktuell studiere ich Agrarbiologie im Master und versuche mich hin und wieder sportlich zu betätigen, am liebsten mit verschiedenen Sportarten die ein Board beinhalten oder Mountainbiken, Tischtennis und Volleyball.

Vorstellung Elsa:
Moin moin, ich studiere derzeit noch Agrarwissenschaften, bin aber gerade an der Thesis dran und werde so auch bald dem Studierendenleben ade sagen müssen. Ich bin eine sehr aufgeschlossene Person, die eigentlich immer was zu sagen hat, gerne sich auch politisch äußert und mit Bekannten und Freunden ausführlich diskutiert. Da wir keine Haustiere habe, kümmere ich mich (mehr oder weniger effektiv) um unsere fast 50 Pflanzen in der Bude (Tobi hilft natürlich auch, da wir Gleichberechtigung lieben).
Noch zu erwähnen wäre, dass wir beide Mitglieder der Studierendengruppe "Unity in Sound" sind, welche regelmäßig Technopartys am Campus veranstaltet.

Erreichbarkeit
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist keine Minute entfernt, die Uni Hohenheim sowie die Stadtbahn sind in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in drei Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar. Netto und Edeka sind ebenfalls zu Fuß 10-15 Minuten oder mit dem Bus drei Minuten entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in etwa 30-40 Minuten erreichbar, zum Flughafen sind es 10 Minuten.
