Beautiful WG room in the Old Town Schönes WG Zimmer in der Altstadt

We are located on the Jew Street, surrounded by Bolero, Little Italy and Morgenmahl. The paths to the city centre, Markusplatz-Uni or Sandstraße are never far and you will come anywhere within 2-10 minutes. The bus stop "Schranne" is right in front of the door from which you are very well connected by bus, or you run a few minutes to the ZOB and have the free choice.
You will also find enough shopping opportunities.
You have the choice between the Rewe in the long road, the Norma on the ZOB or the mountain up to Lidl, Rewe or the bio market.
The Hain is also only a stone's throw away and invites you to walks, bike tours or jogging rounds.

Wir befinden uns in der Judenstraße, umgeben von Bolero, Little Italy und Morgenmahl. Die Wege in die Innenstadt, Markusplatz-Uni oder Sandstraße sind nie weit und du kommst innerhalb von 2-10 Minuten überall hin. Die Bushaltestelle ,Schranne' liegt direkt vor der Tür von der aus du mit dem Bus sehr gut angebunden bist, oder du läufst ein paar Minuten zum ZOB und hast da die freie Auswahl.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest du ebenfalls ausreichend.
Du hast die Wahl zwischen dem Rewe in der langen Straße, der Norma am ZOB oder den Berg hinauf zu Lidl, Rewe oder dem Biomarkt.
Auch der Hain ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und lädt zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren oder Jogging Runden ein.

In the apartment with 190sqm is the center of the living/dining area, in which the WG always meets spontaneously or agreed to a daily conversation, a common cooking or a Mario Kart Duell. It is important to us that we have an active relationship, that is to make joint ventures from exciting to relaxing. You can also find rest in the WG when your mood is after. You are welcome to contribute to the active design of the WG.
Your new roommates would be Moritz (25), Linus (22) and Lorenz (29). Our Moritz is a Urbamberger, so he knows himself well in the city. Nevertheless, he can still discover new things. He studies pedagogy, is hard to write at the bachelor's thesis and in his spare time likes to exercise.
Linus is physio and comes from the vicinity of Würzburg.
He works alongside his studies in several physiopraxes, for which he is enthusiastic. In his spare time he likes sports. Linus likes his creativity in embroidering textiles.
Lorenz is now moving to 1.4 for Ida and Justus, who have found a common apartment in Bamberg.
We are very pleased to welcome our guest in the WG.
It is important to us that a friendly relationship remains in the WG and everyone feels comfortable.

In der Wohnung mit 190qm ist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt der Wohn-/Essbereich, in dem sich die WG immer spontan oder verabredet zu einem Alltagsgespräch, zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder zu einem Mario Kart Duell trifft. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir ein aktives Miteinander haben, dh gemeinsame Unternehmungen von aufregend bis hinzu entspannt zu machen. Auch Ruhe findest du in der WG, wenn deine Stimmung danach ist. Gerne darfst du dich in die aktive Gestaltung der WG einbringen.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Moritz (25), Linus (22) und Lorenz (29). Unser Moritz ist ein Urbamberger, dh er kennt sich bestens in der Stadt aus. Dennoch kann er noch neues entdecken. Er studiert Pädagogik, ist fleißig am Bachelorarbeit schreiben und treibt in seiner Freizeit gerne Sport.
Linus ist Physio und kommt aus der Nähe von Würzburg.
Er arbeitet neben seinem Studium in mehreren Physiopraxen, wofür er sich serh begeistert. In seiner Freizeit macht er gerne Sport. Seine Kreativität lebt Linus gerne in der Bestickung von Textilien aus.
Lorenz zieht jetzt zum 1.4. für Ida und Justus, die eine gemeinsame Wohnung in Bamberg gefunden haben ein.
Wir freuen uns schon sehr unseren Zimmerer in der WG begrüßen zu dürfen.
Uns ist wichtig, dass weiterhin ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis in der WG bestehen bleibt und jeder sich wohl fühlt.

So that the apartment does not get away and everyone feels comfortable in the common areas, we have worked out a cleaning plan to which everyone holds. Since it is very harmonic with us, it is also not a subject to postpone its cleaning service for a two day, the main thing it was communicated.

Damit die Wohnung nicht verkommt und jeder sich in den Gemeinschaftsräumen wohl fühlt, haben wir einen Putzplan ausgearbeitet an den sich jeder hält. Da es eh bei uns sehr harmonisch ist, ist es auch kein Thema seinen Putzdienst um ein zwei Tage zu verschieben, Hauptsache es wurde kommuniziert.
Wir hoffen wir konnten dir einen ersten Eindruck in unsere
WG geben und freuen uns von dir zu hören.
