I am Julian, am 23, currently studying at the TU in Munich and am in my Master :) At the moment, I will do an internship in Munich, for which I will take place from 15. April needed an apartment. However, I also intend to stay longer in Munich, therefore also like to be permanent or as long as you can.

To me, I am a lot on the go, do a lot of sports and cook very much. In the apartment I am very tidy, very clean, decent and well educated, you want to even that everything looks beautiful. I have already gained experience with living alone, which is why I see no obstacle. I don't smoke and have no pets.

It's just as long as possible, but it's not a problem. Just report, we'll find something. Please contact us for further questions!

As stated above, my parents would be avenging for me if it were and my father is an official, i.e. fear of loss of rent does not have to be:)

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin Julian, bin 23, studiere aktuell an der TU in München und bin in meinem Master :) Zur Zeit mache ich ein Praktikum in München, wofür ich ab 15. April eine Wohnung bräuchte. Jedoch habe ich auch vor, länger in München zu bleiben, deshalb auch gerne unbefristet oder so lange ihr könnt.

Zu mir, ich bin viel unterwegs, mache viel Sport und koche auch sehr gerne. In der Wohnung bin ich sehr ordentlich, sehr sauber, anständig und gut erzogen, man möchte ja selbst auch dass alles schön aussieht. Erfahrung mit dem Alleinwohnen habe ich auch durchaus schon gesammelt, weshalb ich kein Hindernis sehe. Ich rauche auch nicht und habe keine Haustiere.

Gerne so lange wie möglich, aber kürzer ist auch kein Problem. Einfach melden, wir finden schon etwas. Bei weiteren Fragen gerne melden!

Wie oben angegeben, meine Eltern würden für mich bürgen wenn es wäre und mein Vater ist Beamter, d.h. Angst vor Mietausfall muss man nicht haben :)
