Die Küche und das Bad und ein zweites separates Klo befinden sich dann im unteren Teil der Wohnung und werden gemeinsam mit der restlichen WG geteilt.

In 10 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt und an der Uni. Die Musikhochschule und die Pädagogische Hochschule sind sogar beide noch näher. Mit Der Straßenbahn sind es auch nur 10 min, eine Haltestelle ist nur 5min von uns entfernt. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Aldi, Rewe, dm und co ist 5min mit dem Fahrrad/ 10 min zu Fuß von uns.

Since everyone has their own everyday life and friends, it is, of course, unrealistic that one sees oneself every day or does something, but it would be nice if one understands oneself well and the coexistence is harmonious.
A very special plus is the common garden, which belongs to our house. This is mega spacious and a real highlight in the summer months. We also have a gas grill, which has often been used for joint WG summer evenings.

Sinja, Anna und Alina studieren Musik an der Musikhochschule. Sarah hat gerade ihren Master in Psychologie abgeschlossen und wird uns deshalb im Sommer leider auch verlassen. Langfristig wollen wir eine 5er WG bleiben und dann eines der anderen Zimmer zu einem gemeinschaftlichen Wohnzimmer umgestalten. Das Dachbodenzimmer ist sehr geräumig und würde sich für ein Paar sehr gut eignen, da ihr dann auch den zusätzlichen Gemeinschaftsraum mitbenutzen könnt :) Dementsprechend wird sich in den nächsten Monaten nochmal einiges verändern und wir fänden es cool, wenn ihr da Lust habt, aktiv mitzugestalten!
Unsere WG ist auf jeden Fall keine Zweck WG und es wäre uns wichtig, dass die Atmosphäre so ist, dass sich alle wohlfühlen können. Da jeder seinen eigenen Alltag und eigene Freunde hat, ist es natürlich unrealistisch, dass man sich jeden Tag sieht oder etwas unternimmt aber es wäre schön, wenn man sich gut versteht und das Zusammenleben harmonisch ist.
Ein ganz besonderer Pluspunkt ist der gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Garten, der zu unserem Haus gehört. Dieser ist mega geräumig und ein echtes Highlight in den Sommermonaten. Wir haben auch einen Gasgrill, welcher schon oft an gemeinsamen WG-Sommer-Abenden genutzt wurde.
