Bedingung für die Miete des Zimmers ist eine aktuelle Studienbescheinigung, sowie eine eventuelle Bürgschaft.

Da die Wohnung von in einer Wohnungsgenossenschaft vermietet wird, beträgt die Kaution nur 400€ in Form von Genossenschaftsanteilen, die man aber am Vertragsende wieder zurückerhält.
