We are looking for a new roommate for our WG in the middle of downtown from June 1.
To us:
We are Laura (29) and Nico (31), both working. Laura works at the clinic and likes to try new sports, Nico is in real estate management and goes a lot mountain bikes, racing bikes and snowboarding.

Zu uns:
Wir sind Laura (29) und Nico (31), beide berufstätig. Laura arbeitet an der Klinik und probiert gerne neue Sportarten aus, Nico ist in der Immobilienverwaltung und geht viel mountainbiken, Rennrad fahren und Snowboarden.
Wir sind beide viel unterwegs in der Freizeit, das WG-Leben leidet aber nicht darunter: d.h. es gibt immer wieder gemeinsame Pizza-Abende oder spontanes Kaffeetrinken in der Küche. Generell geht es aber recht ruhig zu bei uns, aus der Party-WG-Zeit sind wir raus.

Zum Zimmer:
Es hat 16m2 und liegt im Erdgeschoss mit Blick in den großen Garten, das bedeutet, du bekommst lautstärketechnisch nicht mit, dass du gegenüber der Klinik wohnst.
Bett mit Matratze, Kasten und ein kleines Regal sowie diverse geteilte WG-Sachen können für 380€ abgelöst werden.
Das Haus ist ein sanierter Altbau.

Wir suchen jemanden der im Idealfall auch schon berufstätig ist und WG-Erfahrung hat.
