From 15.06.25 my small but fine room will be released in our colourful 5 WG. The room has a window south, so you have plenty of daylight (super for plants). We also have high ceilings, which is why there is a high bed in the room, which significantly increases the usable space. I would like to leave the bed in the room (also firmly screwed to the wall), and the desk, shelf, sofa and ceiling lamp can be taken over (but is not a must).

Our apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. We don't have anything in terms of cuisine. Through our large refrigerator, our pantry and a freezer, everyone has enough storage space. Also in our storeroom with washing machine is everything you need. We have the luxury of 2 bathrooms and additional guest toilet, so there is no bottleneck here. In the hall there is our large dining table where we like to sit together. The highlight of our WG is our roof terrace, which has a size of about 100sqm and is accessible from (almost) every room - from yours there is only the possibility to get out through the window. Das Bett würde ich gerne im Zimmer lassen (ist auch fest mit der Wand verschraubt), weiterhin kann der Schreibtisch, ein Regal, das Sofa sowie die Deckenlampe übernommen werden (ist aber kein Muss).

Zu unserer Wohnung gehört eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, usw. Uns fehlt es küchentechnisch an nichts. Durch unseren großen Kühlschrank, unsere Speisekammer und einen Gefrierschrank hat jeder genügend Stauraum. Auch in unserer Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Wir haben den Luxus von 2 Bädern und zusätzlichem Gästeklo, sodass es auch hier zu keinen Engpässen kommt. Im Flur steht unser großer Esstisch, an dem wir gerne zusammen sitzen. Das Highlight unserer WG ist unsere Dachterrasse, die eine Größe von etwa 100qm hat und von (fast) jedem Zimmer zugänglich ist - von deinem gibt es nur die Möglichkeit über's Fenster rauszusteigen. Sie ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns im Sommer im eigenen Pool abkühlen können. Einen Keller haben wir auch, indem du z.B. Fahrrad oder Kisten abstellen kannst.
