Our WG is located in Kinderhaus, in the middle of a residential area of less chic houses. The environment is really nice for that. Not only in the children's house there is a lot of forest, but also the cycle path to the city centre via the gas-sleeping trails leads through the greenery and past fields and farms. 🌳🐎🐇

🚲 With the bike it takes so
• 15 minutes to the university buildings of the Leonardo campus,
• 20-25 minutes to the castle and the city centre and
• 30-35 minutes to the main railway station and the aasee.

🚌 Bus stops towards downtown are 3 minutes walk away (lines 15 and 16, currently every 10 minutes).

The centre of Kinderhaus, the Idenbrockplatz, is not a 10-minute walk away, here there is almost everything:

Overall, the location of our WG is a good center: on the one hand, children's house is not too far from the city and much more lively than other outdoor parts. On the other hand, it's far enough outside to get rest quickly in beautiful places: we only walk 5 minutes and are at fields that make it easy to walk :).

Unsere WG liegt in Kinderhaus, inmitten eines Wohngebiets aus weniger schicken Häusern. Dafür ist die Umgebung wirklich schön. Nicht nur in Kinderhaus gibt es viel Wald, auch der Fahrradweg in die Innenstadt über die Gasselstiege führt durchs Grün und an Feldern und Bauernhöfen vorbei. 🌳🐎🐇

🚲 Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es so
• 15 Minuten zu den Uni-Gebäuden des Leonardo-Campus,
• 20-25 Minuten zum Schloss und der Innenstadt und
• 30-35 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Aasee.

Andererseits ist es weit genug außerhalb, um schnell mal an schönen Orten zur Ruhe zu kommen: Wir laufen nur 5 Minuten und sind bei Feldern🌾🌳, über die es sich schön spazieren lässt :).

In any case, we are looking for a person who likes to have a common WG life and who reliably places value on household tasks. For example, we like to cook for or with each other, at least vegetarian. At the same time, however, it is also very important for us to exert no pressure on each other at the time spent together and that we all feel comfortable. If you don't have time, pleasure or energy for joint actions, you will never have to justify it. Only in principle should you be interested in a common WG life :)
Especially nice is that we have some more WGs in the neighborhood with which we are friends and always make something together!

Wir suchen auf jeden Fall eine Person, die Lust auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben hat und zuverlässig Wert auf Haushaltsaufgaben legt. Wir kochen z. B. gerne für- oder miteinander, mindestens vegetarisch. Gleichzeitig ist es uns aber auch sehr wichtig, bei zusammen verbrachter Zeit keinen Druck aufeinander auszuüben und dass wir uns alle wohlfühlen. Wenn du mal für gemeinsame Aktionen keine Zeit, Lust oder Energie hast, wirst du dich dafür niemals rechtfertigen müssen. Nur grundsätzlich solltest du an einem gemeinsamen WG-Leben interessiert sein :)

We are Agnes, Katha, Yeva and (yet) Elena and we live in a shared flat in Kinderhaus. Because Elena will be moving out soon, we are looking for a new tenant. The ideal move-in date is 01. May 2025, but a later move-in date of up to 01. July 2025 would also be possible (which is why we have placed the ad twice).

The WG is on the 4th floor (🛗 lift available). We also have a balcony, access to the bicycle cellar and our own basement compartment.

Your room is 10 m², unfurnished and has a window to the balcony facing west. And there are two hangers for a hammock :D

LOCATION

WG-LIFE

We are looking for a person that is interested in a communal live and reliable when it comes to household chores. We like to cook vegetarian or vegan food for and with each other. We don’t put pressure on each other to spend time though. If you don’t have the time, energy or wish to hang out, you won’t have to justify. We are just looking for someone that is generally interested in getting to know each other and spending time :).
We are also connected with other shared flats in our neighbourhood and like to do things together with them!
