I would like to rent my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Hamburg for a rental, as I will be in Prague for professional reasons.

It has two rooms (bedroom, living room) additionally a large kitchen, a bright bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with a wonderful view, fast internet and a relaxed atmosphere.

The kitchen is not the most modern, but has all the necessary equipment (stove, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and a large freezer and all important utensils).

The light-flooded living room is in industrial style also has a beautiful view of the green, an extremely comfortable coach, a TV and a bar table with 2 bar stools.

In addition, a small office with table, office chair and matching large 27 inch monitor.

The bedroom includes a 140 x 200 cm comfortable bed with sufficiently large wardrobe and is generally very quiet, I never had problems sleeping out.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, but also not too far away from the shot. To the S-Bahn Diebsteich there are 6 minutes walk, from there you can reach with the S3 and S5 almost all the most important places in the city (4 minutes Altona Station, 7 minutes Sternschanze, 7 minutes Reeperbahn, 9 minutes landing bridges, etc.)

The apartment can be purchased on 17.05. and stands until 14.06. available!

ich würde gerne meine schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Hamburg zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen in Prag befinden werde.

Sie hat zwei Zimmer (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer) zusätzlich noch eine große Küche, ein helles Bad mit Badewanne und einen Balkon mit einer wunderchönen Aussicht, schnelles Internet und insgesamt eine entspannte Atmosphäre.

Die Küche ist zwar nicht die modernste, hat allerdings alle notwendigen Geräte (Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großen Kühlschrank und ein großes Tiefkühlfach und alle wichtigen Utensilien).

Das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer ist im Industrialstyle besitzt ebenfalls einen schönen Blick aufs Grüne, eine extrem bequeme Coach, einen Fernseher und einen Bartisch mit 2 Barhockern.

Zusätzlich ein kleines Büro mit Tisch, Bürostuhl und passendem großen 27 Zoll Monitor.

Das Schlafzimmer beinhaltet ein 140 x 200 cm bequemes Bett mit ausreichend großen Kleiderschrank und ist ingesamt sehr ruhig gelegen, ich hatte nie Probleme auszuschlafen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich insgesamt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, allerdings auch nicht zu weit Weg vom Schuss. Zur S-Bahn Diebsteich sind es 6 Minuten zu Fuß, von dort aus lassen sich mit der S3 und S5 fast alle wichtigsten Orten der Stadt erreichen (4 Minuten Altona-Bahnhof, 7 Minuten Sternschanze, 7 Minuten Reeperbahn, 9 Minuten Landungsbrücken, etc.)

Die Wohnung kann grundsätzlich am 17.05. bezogen werden und steht bis zum 14.06. zur Verfügung!
