I rent my lovingly furnished apartment in the popular Schillerkiez for a year to rent. The apartment is located in the quiet back house, directly on the Tempelhofer Feld – with numerous cafés, bars and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment has two bright rooms with charming old building wooden boards. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and invites you to cook. The bathroom has a window, offers enough storage space and is equipped with a shower. A cosy balcony completes the offer.

Some of the furniture remains in the apartment and can be used. The sub-renters themselves take care of the internet connection.

I am looking for reliable and respectful tenants: in those who carefully deal with the apartment and the inventory.

Important:

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment
No parties – due to the neighborhood
Possibly an extension of the sublet is possible

Ich vermiete meine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im beliebten Schillerkiez für ein Jahr zur Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Hinterhaus, direkt am Tempelhofer Feld – mit zahlreichen Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei helle Zimmer mit charmanten Altbau-Holzdielen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspülmaschine, und lädt zum Kochen ein. Das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster, bietet ausreichend Stauraum und ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Ein gemütlicher Balkon rundet das Angebot ab.

Ein Teil der Möbel bleibt in der Wohnung und kann mitgenutzt werden. Um die Internetverbindung kümmern sich die Untermieter selbst.

Ich suche zuverlässige und respektvolle Mieter:innen, die sorgfältig mit der Wohnung und dem Inventar umgehen.
